APPLICATIONS
Teacher Mini-Grant Program
This program started in 1993. The program started slow and soon was budgeted for $ 10,000 a year. Mini-grants in the following amounts were presented in the years mentioned. The grants were presented to teachers in schools located in North Las Vegas. They had to make application for the Mini-grants. A committee of Rotarians meet to review the applications and choose those recipients they thought were meeting the criteria publicized.

The criteria uses to evaluate the applications received is: clarity of project description; innovative creative approach; number of students served.

We meet at the Painted Desert Golf Club. Access is at the Southwest corner of Ann Rd and US 95. The Club House is located on 5555 Painted Mirage Rd. Turn south at the signal light on Painted Mirage. We meet Friday mornings for Breakfast at 7:15. Meetings begin at 7:30
